Our Faith-Based Foundation and Missions: Is to win souls for the kingdom of Jesus Christ and spread the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all men.
CEHSID Inc. was founded on a foundation or platform to help the poor, sick, under-served, underprivileged, those who have high disparities and all people who can benefit from the resources or information we have. The Spiritual values shapes the scope of our work as servants and our pursuit to be a 501(C) (3) Non-Profit Organization. Many other community-based agencies are dependent on the services we offer in the community. Example stabilizing homeless individuals, reentry workshops for more than 30 men per week, linking individuals swiftly to Mental Health services, Primary care and support services. Working with law enforcement, and government agencies to acquire proper identification for individuals returning from incarceration to their communities. Many men and women lack proper documentation and identification required to get Federal assistance, health and human services, emergency services, protection from abuse, benefits, healthcare and safety. CEHSID Inc. has helped individuals to get Legal documents, proper identification, birth certificate, Transit or train pass, or transportation to Doctor’s visits, housing appointments and much more. In a month Hundreds of people receive some form of help from CEHSID Inc. The Public Service capacity is very large and about a hundred people of high disparities are served.
Funding is very critical to the success of CEHSID Inc. CEHSID Inc. only Grant funding is through the Second Chance Act Grant Via the Boston Police Department and the OTO Statewide Program via the Bureau of Justice Federal Funding. This accounts for 40% of the services CEHSID Inc. offers. The other 60% of services are not funded but offered through innovation and the effectiveness of CEHSID Inc. ability to manage, utilize funding effectively and collaborate with multiple agencies.
The potential to serve thousands of people and extra citizens in need of health services is there and CEHSID has the expertise to provide the high quality of services if more funding is acquired.
